Crystal was first elected to City Council in 2016. An entrepreneur, Crystal and her husband  Kirby, returned to their hometown in Moose Jaw in 2011 and built Moose Jaw’s first artisan cheese manufacturing facility, Coteau Hills Creamery.

Crystal combines her University of Regina education in Local Government Authority with 15 years of business experience in communications strategies for government and non-profit organizations.

She is a past President of Business Women of Moose Jaw, recipient of the PRISM Influential Award, MJ Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Nominee and President of the South Hill Community Association.

Moose Jaw has great challenges ahead and it is essential the City Hall stay connected to our citizens, and works on their behalf.

Crystal will continue to be your strong voice on council to keep our city open for business as well as  fiscally responsible to our voters.

Working Together for Our Future

Let's Build the New Moose Jaw School for the needs of our Community Now and for the Future.

$50 million dollar school that will have Pre-K to Grade 8 with approximately 900 students from the two divisions.

Consolidation of Empire, Westmount, St. Mary and Sacred Heart school. We need a solid plan of what to do with the 4 empty schools once the new one is finished?

Building a new school in Moose Jaw is a generational project and is turning 4 schools into one.

Let's ensure it is built with community engagement, teacher engagement and that it is focused on providing the best learning environment.

I ask for your support for school board trustee and I will work hard to ensure we have strong communication and engagement while we support teachers and ensure the best learning environment.
